Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

Shipping cost: Free for orders $30 and above; a flat rate applies for orders below $30

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority, and Kawai Kitchen has no control over them.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kawai Kitchen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
